Excellence, sportsmanship, and competitiveness define Lions Lacrosse. Our mission is to enhance the quality of lacrosse in Arizona, by creating a high-performance competitive environment that extracts player potential, increases lacrosse IQ, and showcases Arizona talents on a national stage.
Our Commitment
The Three C's
Coaching - A coach’s number one job is to be prepared for practice. The Lions will provide the best coaching environment in Arizona, from qualified staff to detailed practice plans and learning objectives each session, to comprehensive playbooks.
Communication - We are dedicated to clearly communicate club updates, training information, and competition logistics to families throughout various channels. Additionally, communication is a crucial element to effective coaching, and includes session and drill objectives, queuing techniques, lacrosse ‘language,’ and interrogative dialogue to enhance lax IQ.
Culture - We will strive to create a high performance, competitive training culture that produces disciplined lacrosse players and selfless teammates, all while having fun doing it.
