Our Mission
Building better players, by building better people.
Being a great lacrosse player is far less about technical skills and far more about developing the skills of work ethic, discipline, focus, accountability, adapdabiliy, and grit. Our coaches are focused on building men with these traits, and along the way, they learn lacrosse.
Our Mantras
Trust the Process
Fail Fast
Show Up
Compete
No Whining, Complaining or Making Excuses
Our Approach
Drill, drill, drill, drill, drill.
In the world of club ball, kids simply don't practice enough. Our approach is a core focus on skills development through position-specific skills training and situational competition drills in a high performance training environment.
Ask more, tell less.
Instead of telling our players exactly what to do, we want players to think through scenarios by asking questions instead of directing.
"What do you think the defense will do?"
"Where should you move?"
"What slide angle should you take?"
"What did you see in that situation?"
This coaching model leads to faster development and lacrosse IQ by allowing our players to think through situations, which develops lacrosse vision.
