Director
PJ Rovinelli
Corona Head Coach
Coach PJ has coached over a decade in in Arizona, including UofA, ASU and GCU. During his 6-year high school span split between Desert Vista and Chaparral High School, PJ has compiled a 77-33 (70%) record, with two semi-final and three state final appearances, winning one in 2011. His teams have developed over 30 All-State player selections, 3 All-Americans and 3 Academic All-Americans. In 2024, he became head coach of Corona lacrosse.
A Massachusetts native, he was a high school All-American goalie and state champion wrestler. PJ continued both careers at NCAA DIII Springfield College. Professionally, he is the Director of Talent Development at Ewing Outdoor Supply and owner of Humanics Coaching, LLC.

Justin Siegfried
Corona JV Head Coach
Coach Justin relocated to the east valley in June and joined the Corona Aztecs as JV Head Coach. Through high school and college, he coached youth and high school lacrosse players. Coach Justin has been playing lacrosse since 2009. He played High School Lacrosse for Stillwater, MN where he was a close defenseman and captain of the team.
Coach Justin continued his lacrosse career at MCLA DII University of Minnesota Duluth and top 20 ranked team during all four of his years. His Junior and Senior seasons he was named Captain by teammates and coaches.
During his time in Duluth, he became a volunteer coach for a local program. He coached U10 up to U14 where he inspired his player to grow in knowledge, skill, and love for the game.

Budd Neff
Faceoff Academy Director
Coach "Bud" Neff, a native to Phoenix, Arizona, was a member of the Desert Vista Lacrosse Team from 2011-2015.
After graduating, Coach Neff continued his lacrosse career at NCAA DIII Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY where he started as the FOGO specialist for 3 years.
He graduated with a double major in Chemistry and Physics and is now in his second year pursuing a PhD in Chemistry at Arizona State University.
Coach Bud is the Director of Face-off Arizona where he trains AZ top FOGOs at the youth, high school and college levels.
Defensive Coach
Cody Hamilton
Perry Puma's Defensive Coordinator
Coach Cody is a Rochester, New York native and has been playing lacrosse since age 10. In college, he played at Rochester Institute of Technology while majoring in Industrial Engineering.
Cody is entering his fifth year of coaching. He coached with the Ahwatukee Lightning for three years and is currently the defensive coordinator for the Perry Pumas. His coaching style emphasizes fundamentally sound, tenacious defense while taking the time to understand each individual player.
Lacrosse has been a guiding force in his life, and he takes pride in growing the game’s next generation of talent.
Offensive Coach
Konner Klein
Corona Offensive Assistant
Coach Konner has played and coached in Arizona over a decade. He coached 6 seasons from '12-'18 as the Offensive Coordinator for Chaparral High School and the Arizona Force Lacrosse Club. As OC, he helped lead Chaparral to the playoffs five times with one state final appearance.
Coach Konner attended Desert Mountain High School in Scottsdale, AZ, where he was a 2x All-State All-Star and 2nd Team All State attackman. After high school, he continued playing lacrosse at the NCAA DII for Grand Canyon University. During his time at GCU, Coach Konner served as team captain and earned All-Conference honors his senior year. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Professionally, he works in Enablement and New Hire Training for a Home Warranty company, First American.

Aidan currently plays for MCLA DII Northern Arizona University (AZ) where he plays Long Stick D Mid and made the Southwest Lacrosse Conference All-Freshman Team.
